We believe that until you change what’s happening inside, you will never change what’s happening outside. We also believe that you’ll never change your life unless you change something that you do daily. This is why we’ve designed the ALIVE Wellness program with a powerful routine to start your day with the positive energy and mindset to take on and handle all the ups and downs that life throws at us. Through our holistic wellness program you will learn a new daily routine that will have you returning home healthier, stronger, inspired and feeling ALIVE.

The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. We have developed a morning practice that you’ll learn during our trip so you can continue once you return home. This new routine involves; yoga, meditation, journaling, training sessions and a healthy, balanced diet.

Yoga

The physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga has been proven and well known for centuries. Our yoga sessions are 60 minutes long and are suitable for all levels of experience. Whether it’s your first time or you practice yoga frequently, the sessions we offer will have a positive impact on your mind body and soul. Our sessions are taught outdoors while immersed in the beautiful natural environment. 

Meditation

Through mindfulness practice of a 20 minute morning meditation, you will begin to tap back into the essence of who you are. Reconnect with yourself and what’s truly important to you through reflection and stillness. In doing so you will learn powerful insights providing you with greater clarity.

New to meditation and need to learn? Not a problem, we will begin our sessions with a guided meditation that will help us set the intentions for our time together.

Journaling

Journaling in the Alive Life Handbook is an essential part of the new daily routine. This journal will be your tool to document your intentions and goals for the trip, as well, help you create a structure to continue your growth and development once you are back home. The journal will also be used to express your daily gratitude and inspired actions for each day. 

Concluding each day, the evening practice will involve sharing some of your highlights of the day with our group as well as any lessons you’ve learned. Documenting this in your journal will be an inspiring way to end the day and set you up empowered for the morning. 

Group workouts

The training sessions we offer are designed for people of all fitness levels, They are engineered to make you stronger and more stable from your core so you can develop greater physical balance and agility. Using the TRX suspension system along with resistance bands, you will push, pull and lift what you can handle (unless you ask us to push you further). Training in pairs will require you to support one another, literally. You will partner up with other guests and help provide stability and tension for them during the workouts. The sessions are fun, sweaty and effective. 

The workouts we will teach you can be done almost anywhere with no gym required. They are designed so that you can implement this style of training into your workout routine once your back home. Foundational Training has been proven to increase strength and performance in athletic sports, weight training and many other forms of exercise.

Healthy Meals

A healthy outside starts from the inside. We love food and know you do too. That’s why we make sure that not only is our food healthy but it’s also super delicious. Our chefs source only the freshest local ingredients to prepare our meals. You will enjoy 3 well balanced meals each day + healthy snacks in between.

When we dine out we will enjoy the top restaurants in the area and that offer many healthy options to choose from. 

If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences (vegetarian or vegan) we will happily accommodate your meal requests to make sure you are taken care of and have more than enough to eat.
